However, the reality is that there is a huge income gap between different industries.
Some people work from morning till night in restaurants, earning three or four thousand dollars a month; others do construction or drive trucks, earning seven or eight thousand dollars; still others are programmers in Silicon Valley, earning hundreds of thousands or even two or three hundred thousand dollars a year.
